Hummus

Ingredients

  • 15oz Chickpeas drained
  • 1/4 cup Cashews
  • 1/4 cup of Spinach
  • approx 1/4 cup of Water
  • 1 Lemon Juice
  • 1.5 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp tamari (soy)
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 dill pickle
  • 14 cup Nutritional Yeast
  • Dill
  • Pepper
  • Salt (optional)
  • Siracha (optional)

Method

  • Process the Cashews, spinach and chickpeas in a food processor, adding water until it is a wet paste.
  • Add in the rest of the ingredients and then process until the required consistency.
